ABOUT
We love our culture and we want you to love it, too! Whether you are an islander by blood or just in your heart, you are welcome here! Papa Hula (Hula Class) We will focus on the technique of Hula and Ori Tahiti as well as learn about legends, traditions, implements, and 'Olelo Hawai'i (Hawaiian language). We will learn choreography to mele (songs). We will also study the translation and poetry of each mele so that you, as the dancer, can embody every aspect of the dance.
